Antrim coast road

Today we have visited the Antrim coast road with our car. It was a very pleasant journey with beautiful scenes. We have seen the Carrickfergus castle, Carrickfergus harbour and Loughshore park.

What makes the Antrim coast road so special is that the fact that your surrounded by the scenic views of the coastline.

We had to stop at the Carrickfergus castle. It was very exiting to see a castle that was build in 1177 by John de Courcy. At the castle we found an harbour of the 12th century. It was very nice to see the sea surrounding the harbour and the castle.
